What kind of help can I get in SEA Founders and what will I learn?
There are no parameters or limits to what you can ask or learn in this group. Due to the organisation’s lean structure, members get to exercise ownership over the kind of content we cover and who they get to learn from.
The speakers at our Masterclass sessions are founders themselves and are usually in a stage not too far off from where our members currently are in. This is to ensure high levels of relevance and reliability so that members are able to extract as much value, take home these applicable content and plug it in to their own businesses.
At SEA Founders, we conduct periodic 1:1 check-ins with our members to understand what they want to get out of the community. We take all that data, synthesize it and churn it into a program that would benefit the larger collective.
In order for a community like ours to thrive, we remain nimble enough to pivot and are constantly making adjustments to improve our program. Consistently providing high value to our members is our number one priority.

Founders’ Coaching Pause
What is the Founders’ Coaching Pause (FCP) and how will I benefit from it?
The Founders’ Coaching Pause is a 3-day program designed for top Series A and later stage founders in Southeast Asia to pause, reflect and prepare themselves to scale their team and company. It aims to scale the leader so they can scale the organization.
If you feel like you’ve hit a glass ceiling and are looking to go on to the next big step, our program will equip you with frameworks that you can plug into your own team and ultimately drive growth both as a founder and for your business.
Our sessions are built around meaningful connections with other founders and the coaches themselves — you can look forward to exchanging ideas with fellow entrepreneurs who are also going through the same growing pains as you are. Connecting with other founders who are on the brink of scaling and hungry for growth will make room for some really insightful conversations.
The FCP program has been running since 2015 and is held in Bali twice a year — during the last week of April and October.
Who can I expect to meet at FCP?
The participants are a tightly curated group of founders leading companies, as the goal of FCP is to provide a coaching environment and network for the founder and to connect the participants as a group.
