Welcome to the Founders' Coaching Pause #12!
What is Founders’ Coaching Pause (FCP) and how can I benefit from it?
The Founders’ Coaching Pause is a 3-day program designed for top Series A and later stage leaders in Southeast Asia to pause, reflect and prepare themselves to scale their team and company. It aims to scale the leader so they can scale the organization.
If you feel like you’ve hit a glass ceiling and are looking to go on to the next big step, our program will equip you with frameworks that you can plug into your own team and ultimately drive growth both as a founder and for your business.
Our sessions are built around meaningful connections with other founders and the coaches themselves — you can look forward to exchanging ideas with fellow entrepreneurs who are also going through the same growing pains as you are. Connecting with other founders who are on the brink of scaling and hungry for growth will make room for some really insightful conversations.
The FCP program has been running since 2015 and is held in incredible luxury resorts around South East Asia twice a year — during the last week of April and October.
Who can I expect to meet at FCP?
The participants are a tightly curated group of founders leading companies, as the goal of FCP is to provide a coaching environment and network for the founder and to connect the participants as a group. Some previous participants include founders from Fave, Perx Technologies, Glints, Saleswhale, Shopback, CXA, TradeGecko, NinjaVan, to name a few.
Who can apply for FCP?
To be eligible, you’ll need to be:
- Founder, co-founder
- n the tech industry
- Located in Southeast Asia
- At least 1M USD ARR or 1M USD Series A raised
- Or have a track record in building and successfully exiting a business that meets the above qualifications
What is the cost of attending FCP?
The cost varies depending on membership and referral scheme. You can find different tiers of the ticket price in our current event brochure

What does a ticket include?
4-day 3-night of accommodation, training and workshop.
Flight tickets are self-arranged.
How can I get referral discount?
We will give participants 2 vouchers for referral. Please follow the instruction on the voucher to use it.
What activities are involved in the program?
Participants will be attending various activities including 20+ hours of coaching, mediating sessions, and many team activities.

The detailed agenda of each day will be sent to participants on request.
Can I have someone replace my spot after confirmation?
Yes, you may. However, you may only do so once with a grace period of 2 months prior to the program.
Can I bring my spouse/family to FCP?
Yes, you may. However, all extra charges (i.e. additional beds and meals) are to be borne by you and must be settled directly with the hotel.
If I have to arrive a day earlier or depart a day later, will my accommodation be covered?
No, the cost of the retreat only covers accommodation for the 3 nights during the event. However, we are more than happy to direct you to the hotel to arrange for your stay outside the stipulated event dates.
Will there be any free time during the retreat?
Not much but there will be some free time before dinner on certain days and we typically end our days by 5 pm.
